Michelle Lamm is an Adult-Gerontological Nurse Practitioner specializing in
Cardiology. She completed her Bachelor’s in Nursing at Indiana University in 2008, and her Masters in Nursing with cardiovascular concentration at Duke University in 2015.

She joined Lake Country Medical Group in 2018 when she joined Drs Chronos and Chapman to grow the Cardiology Group. Michelle is an excellent clinician and has brought great expertise and extensive knowledge in Cardiology to the Lake Country Community. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of all Adult Cardiovascular disease and has a major focus on prevention of heart disease. She was central to the establishment of the Dean Ornish Cardiovascular Disease reversal program at the lake with Dr. Chronos in 2019-2021.

Michelle has been central to Cardiovascular disease prevention education efforts in our community. She is passionate about health education and women’s heart disease.

She lives in Greensboro with her husband and three children. In her free time she enjoys traveling and cheering on her children in their activities.

Dr Chronos believes that the clinical partnership of the Cardiologist with the
Cardiovascular trained Nurse Practitioner provides an excellent team of health care providers working to improve the Heart and Vascular health in our community.
