What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Where are you located?
We are located in the Harmony Crossing Development at the intersection of Harmony Road and State Route 44 in Eatonton, Georgia. Our facility is surrounded by some of the finest shopping and dining in the Eatonton area. Click here to see our facility on a map.
How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?
We recommend scheduling appointments at least one week in advance when possible.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring:
- Your insurance card
- Your driver’s license or other valid photo ID
- A list of medications you currently are taking
- A copy of your medical records from your current or previous primary care provider
- Your health history, including chronic conditions and previous surgeries
- A completed set of our new patient forms.
My family member is a patient. Can I accompany them for their visit?
Yes, we allow family members to accompany a patient for their visit. Accompanying family members are asked to wear masks in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) COVID-19 prevention guidelines.
Who should I call in the event an emergency?
If you experience a life-threatening emergency — or believe you could be experiencing one — please call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest emergency room.
Can I talk to my doctor virtually?
Yes, we provide telemedicine, which uses common electronic communication platforms, such as Zoom, FaceTime and telephone calls, to provide remote health care. Click here for more info and to schedule an appointment.
Do you provide children’s health care?
Currently, we do not provide children’s health care; our practice only treats adults.
Are your medical imaging capabilities only for cardiology?
We provide medical imaging for a wide range of purposes, including— but not limited to — general internal medicine and cardiology.
What if my visit in uninsured?
Uninsured patients have the option to self-pay. We offer a 20-percent discount to self-paying patients. For more information about our accepted insurance providers, click here.
Does your care team make house calls?
Currently, we do not provide house calls.
