At Lake Country Medial Group, we prize lasting, stable health for all our patients. Our internal medicine care takes a vigilant, proactive approach to prevent and minimize disease.

We provide comprehensive annual physicals, which allow us to track our patients’ health and detect potential illnesses early. We also provide work physicals and those required for admittance into long-term care facilities.

As part of our routine care, we screen and monitor our patient’s cholesterol, blood pressure and other risk factors to develop the most effective, customized treatment plans. This can prevent or slow the progression of diseases such as atherosclerosis, the leading cause of coronary artery disease, strokes and heart attacks.

Our practice offers special internal medicine services for elderly patients. We partner with The Harbor and The Glen, two senior living facilities in the Lake Oconee area, to provide embedded clinics for our patients living in those facilities.
