We are pleased to offer comprehensive online services to our patients through the new CareCloud Breeze platform. Breeze allows you to log in anywhere, anytime to view your latest lab results and other important health information. We are currently expanding our offerings on Breeze to provide a greater range of online services to our patients in the future.
Please note that we do not schedule new appointments through Breeze. Also, our care providers do not message patients directly through Breeze. To make an appointment or contact your care providers, please call (706) 485-4004.

Patients who registered with previous CareCloud platforms can use their same email address and password to access Breeze.
For new patients, simply provide your email address to our front desk staff, who will email Breeze registration instructions to you.
